Winter's been long.

Starting to get the yearning for wide open green spaces so I have been reminiscing through old photographs.

Run across this picture of the face in the tree that Wendy and I found while looking at slot canyons in Utah.

The weather had been stormy and we had been caught in one flash flood already so when we found this tree at the entrance of a slot canyon, it kind of gives you that eery feeling. Get the picture?

So let's all look ahead to a great year and an early spring.

After 1,001 retakes we had a reasonable 1 minute video. Hopefully, the next video will only take 1000 and then it should fall off from there.

As you can see by the photograph, it's still snowing in Minnesota. We've had so much snow this winter that the squirrels in our backyard have taken to making tunnels. This tunnel is at the base of our bird feeder so they have it nice and handy.
